Exchanges

We will happily exchange any product within 30 days of purchase. To request an exchange, simply contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know which product you’d like to exchange for. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to.

For us to be able to process an exchange, the product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We don’t cover postage costs for returning your item to us but we’ll pay for shipping your replacement out to you. As soon as we’ve received the returned product and it passes our QA check, we’ll send your replacement straight away.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your new record player or accessory you can return it for a refund. To request a refund, simply email us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know you’d like to return it. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to.

For a refund to be processed, the product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We don’t cover postage costs for returning your item. As soon as we’ve received your returned product and it passes our QA check, we’ll issue you a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.

Faulty Items

All of our products are checked for quality before they are shipped. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help you out. We may need photos, a video or other information about the damage and will require the product to be returned to us for inspection. Whatever the case, we’ll make it our priority to assist you and send a replacement where necessary.

  • Afterpay is a payment company that allows you to buy what you want today without paying the full amount up front. Instead, Afterpay splits payment for your order over four equal, interest free, fortnightly instalments.
