We will happily exchange any product within 30 days of purchase. To request an exchange, simply contact us within 30 days from your purchase date and let us know which product you’d like to exchange for. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap. We’ll then provide you with an address to return your order to.
For us to be able to process an exchange, the product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We don’t cover postage costs for returning your item to us but we’ll pay for shipping your replacement out to you. As soon as we’ve received the returned product and it passes our QA check, we’ll send your replacement straight away.
