Exchanges – Change Of Mind
If you’d like to swap your product for another, we can assist you with an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. To request an exchange, contact us and let us know which product you’d like to exchange for. We’ll then provide you with an address to ship your returned order to. If the new item is a different price, we’ll make arrangements for a refund of the difference or an easy way to pay the gap.
For an exchange to be processed, the product must be; in its original packaging, in brand new condition, and with all manuals, cables and accessories included. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for an exchange.
The packaging of returned products must not be missing or damaged in any way that may prevent its resale. Products should be returned in a shipping carton or other packaging so as to protect the branded product box. Do not write on or attach any shipping labels, stickers or sticky tape to the branded product box.
We do not cover postage costs for returning your item. However, we will pay for the shipping of your replacement to you. As soon as we’ve received your returned product and it passes our quality assurance check, we’ll send your replacement.
Refurbished products not included in this policy and cannot be exchanged for another product.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us with details of the issues you are experiencing. To clarify or rectify the issue, we may ask you to provide photo or video evidence of the problem. We may also ask you to speak to a member of our technical team as some issues can be easily resolved over the phone.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will require the product to be returned for inspection. Products deemed faulty will either be repaired, replaced or refunded depending upon the nature of the fault. A shipping and inspection fee may be payable if no fault is found with your product. We will include an estimate of this fee in our correspondence with you.
