I've placed an order but haven't received an email confirmation?

As soon as your order is placed we’ll send you an automatic confirmation email with a receipt attached. If you haven’t received this email within 5 minutes of placing your order then check your junk or spam folder as it can sometimes get caught up in there. If you can’t find it in there then contact us and let us know. Our team will reply to you with a copy of your receipt and order details.

Can I visit your store to see your products in person?

We’re an online store only and we don’t have a shopfront so unfortunately you cannot visit us. If you have any questions about any of our products our friendly customer service team will be very willing to help. Simply get in touch and we’ll get straight back to you.

How do I know that my order went through?

As soon as you’re payment has been processed, we’ll send you an automatic email with confirmation of your order and a receipt attached as a PDF. If you haven’t received this email 5 minutes after placing the order then check your junk or spam folder as it sometimes gets caught up in there. As soon as we’ve shipped your order you’ll receive another email from us with the tracking details for the shipment. You can then just sit back and wait for your order to arrive.

How good are the built-in speakers in the turntables that have them?

The quality of the built-in speakers is very similar across all brands. You can expect a reasonable standard of sound, considering the limitations of space for the speaker and its amplification. If you are looking to achieve a louder or higher quality sound we’d recommend plugging the turntable into an external speaker. You can use one you already have at home or check out our range of speakers to help you get the best sound out of your precious records.

Do your products come with an Australian plug? (240 volts)

Yes. All our products are sold with an Australian power supply. They are all Australian compliant and therefore compatible with 240 volts.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in Australia for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of just $10.

When will my item be delivered?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping will take between 2-10 days depending on whether you live in a major city or a rural area. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can track the delivery to your door. We use either Australia Post or a carefully selected courier company to ensure we get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Will I receive information so I can track the shipping of my order online?

All our orders are sent via Australia Post or a local courier service. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive an ‘Order Update’ containing the tracking information for you order. Please note that it can take a couple of days for the tracking information to update.

Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we only offer shipping to addresses based in Australia.

Do you offer express post shipping?

We offer Express Post shipping on a select range of our products. We use Australia Post’s Express Post delivery network and so this service is restricted to postcodes in their network and is subject to their terms and conditions. For more information about this service, please visit this page.

Exchanges & Returns

What is your exchange policy?

We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 day exchange policy. If you’d like to swap your purchase for something else you can email us and let us know and we’ll provide you with an address to return your order to. For an exchange to be processed, the returned product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. As soon as we’ve received your returned product and it passes our QA check, we’ll ship your replacement right to you. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item but we’ll pay for the shipping of your replacement. Read more about our exchange policy here.

What is your returns policy?

To provide you with peace of mind while shopping with us we offer a 30 day returns policy. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase then simply email us and let us know. We’ll reply with an address to return your order to. For a refund to be processed, your product must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way. We do not cover postage costs for returning your item. As soon as we’ve received your returned product and it passes our QA check, we’ll issue you a full refund for the product price. What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as PayPal and Afterpay. We accept most cards that carry the Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos. All payments via credit or debit cards occur in our secure payment environment which uses 256-bit SSL technology.

How secure is my payment?

We take your security seriously at Rockit Record Players so we ensure that every transaction occurs within a secure environment. If you pay using a credit or debit card then your payment is protected by our 256-bit SSL encryption technology. This means your personal details and card information are encrypted during transfer. If you’re paying using PayPal then your payment will always be protected by their leading security technology and 24/7 monitoring. Paypal are one of the most trusted payment methods on the web.

What is PayPal?

PayPal was set up to provide a safe and secure way to transfer money through the web. Setting up a PayPal account is simple and free. Once you have an account you can pay by entering your email address and a password. The payment occurs within their environment so your bank details are not passed throughout the web.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment company that allows you to buy what you want today, receive your order as per normal and pay it off in four equal, interest free, fortnightly instalments. Afterpay splits payment for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight, and payment is made using the debit or credit card you nominate. Will I receive a receipt?

You sure will. As soon as you order an item from us you’ll receive a confirmation email. Attached to that email is a copy of your receipt containing all the information you need for your warranty and for tax purposes. If you pay via PayPal or Afterpay you will also receive additional payment acknowledgement from them. If you lose your Rockit receipt or need another copy for whatever reason then just contact us and we’ll send you a new one. If you haven’t received an email from us 5 minutes after the payment was processed then check your junk or spam folder as it can sometimes get caught up in there.

Do you accept Amex?

We most certainly do! Just use the credit/debit card payment option and enter your card details as normal.
